An Original Civil War Vermont Valley Railroad Pass for travel issued August 7, 1863 for Private Benjamin Townsend Co A, 14th VT from Brattleboro to East Bennington, signed by US Army Quartermaster RA McCooke , and also by Vermont Valley RR Conductor HA Carroll. 1p 8 x 3" ptd/ink with edge stains, wear, Overall Good.
