Fabulous Art Nouveau 18K Gold Diamond Pearl Christmas Lovers Mistletoe Pin Brooch ! Two French import weevil hallmarks ?! Surprising since based on quality and craftsmanship I first assumed the jewel was French, leaving me with the intuition it is possibly a Faberge since they were originally French ?! But since it does not have any Faberge marks I am not selling it as a Faberge but priced it simply as an exceptional beautiful Art Nouveau jewel. Weighs approximately 4.8 grams. Approximately 2.25 cm (14.5/16 of an inch) in height from top edges to bottom stem tip, and approximately 3.7 cm (1 7/16 inches) in width furthest distances of the edges of the two leaves apart. The mistletoe brooch is exquisitely designed, three dimensional with details work done to the reverse side as well, well handcrafted by an exceptional master art jeweler. The two mistletoe leaves and the two stones, diamond and pearl represent the traditional French idea of two lovers "toi et moi" you and me, with the diamond representing eternity and the pearl representing purity, so you and me in eternal pure love, now how incredibly romantic is that ?! It is know that during Christmas lovers are supposed to stand or sit under the mistletoe and kiss for good luck, thus making this the ideal Christmas gift !
