4 Halloween Art Activities for Kids
It’s almost Halloween! Your kids can celebrate this spooky day with a few fun crafts. What can your young child create? Take a look at these boo-tiful art activities that are easy for kids of all ages.
Mummy Puppets
Turn a large-sized yogurt (or similarly sized) plastic container upside down. Of course, make sure it’s completely clean and dry beforehand. Paint a layer of glue over the container and wrap gauze around it. Glue on two eyes and let it dry. Now your child can put the puppet on her hand for a pretend play.
Glitter Webs
You only need three materials for this easy Halloween craft: Glitter, paper and school glue. Have your child draw a spiderweb on the paper with the glue, sprinkle glitter over it and shake off the excess. You can try the same idea on a pumpkin instead of paper too.
Spooky Spiders
Twist four black or orange pipe cleaners together, making eight legs. Glue the center of the twist to a piece of cardboard. Glue a large black pomp om on top to make the spider’s body. Add two googley eyes and the spider is ready to show off!
Glitter Pumpkin
This is perfect for preschoolers who are in love with everything that sparkles. Paint a layer of school glue over a mini pumpkin, sprinkle glitter on top and shake off the excess.
