Halloween Party Invitation Crafts
Are you having a Halloween party? Is it a family occasion? Instead of sending email invitations or buying the ready-made version, have the kids craft their own. These crafty invitations are easy for kids of all ages to create and give them a chance to get artsy as they take part in the party planning.
Fold a piece of black construction paper or card stick in half. Use a piece of chalk to draw half a bat shape, starting at the fold. Cut along the outside. Unfold to reveal the whole bat. Use a metallic silver marker to write the details on the bat.
Make mini trick-or-treat bags, turning them into useful party invites. Start with lunch-sized bags. Write party details on the front with a marker or crayon. Turn the bag over and let your kiddo create their own Halloween decor. You can also invite guests to bring the bags with them to fill with candy (as a take-home party favor).
Cut a triangle and a thin rectangle from black card stock paper. Glue them together to make a hat. Write the party details on the front with a white crayon. Cover the whole hat with a wash of clear-drying glue and glitter.
