Boss’s Day Celebration Ideas
How can you celebrate Boss’s Day? There are plenty of ways to show your employer that you appreciate everything they do for you. Instead of sending an email, texting a cute little emoji-filled note or creating a team card, try one of these imaginative ideas.
Cake Baking
Sure, you can buy a cake (or cupcakes) from a bakery. But baking your own shows that you’re willing to go the extra mile. Right? If you aren’t exactly a baker, you can start with a boxed mix. Add your own colorful frosting design with lettering or sprinkles.
Surprise Lunch
Your boss isn’t expecting anything more than a card for their big day. So, surprise them with a homemade lunch — that everyone contributes to. Set up a potluck picnic lunch in the break room or conference room. Make it surprise. Tell your boss that your co-workers need to see them right away. When they come in, shout “surprise” and serve the meal.
Decorate the Office
If decorations are allowed in the office, come to work early and dress-up your boss’s desk. Use crepe paper or streamers around the desk’s edge, add balloons and put up “Happy Boss’s Day” posters on the walls nearby.
