Hmong people have a folk story about a Hornbill/crane and turtle representing longevity and power.
Used. Shows marks, scratches, discoloration and paint chips. Flipper on Turtle has been broken and repaired. Upper and lower beak have a crack. Body of bird has a crack. Some sort of animal hair has been used around the eyes and top of the head. There is remains of hair on the end of the tail. Overall shows a good bit of wear.Height is 44"Length 53 1/2"Width about 14"
