These are paper circulars - not cardstock - not postmarked - one is mounted to a Bureau of Identification Coffey County Burlington Kansas Card ( paper mounted on cardstock) They are all from 1929 to 1932 all issued by the wardens of the Kansas State Penitentiary all are wanted for escape for the original crimes of Grand larceny - Disposing of Mortgaged property - First degree murder - Robbery - Arson - and intent to commit rape. One of the 1929 dated ones shows a very early prisoner number 197. One 1930 one shows a early prisoner number 104.
These are paper circulars they were originally folded, but have been stored flat for a long time - will be shipped flat
