The limitation number refer to the house where Kennedy grew up (83 Beals Street, Brookline).
Kennedy’s three brothers represented by triple cap rings. 
His childhood family of ten symbolized in the marks recur ten times on the 750 solid gold cap ring. Initials “JFK” engraved on the clip. 
Two diamonds on barrel represent Kennedy’s children. 
Cone adorned with a facsimile of the presidential seal.
 Relief decorations on the cap top inspired by the White House. 
Cap window decorated with stars and stripes of the American Flag.
The inspirational motto central to his presidential campaign *A Time For Greatness* is engraved on the cap ring
