Here is a unique hand-painted American Flag Patriotic Shield with a vignette of Lady Liberty in the middle. In her right hand she’s holding a pole with a Liberty Cap on top and in her left a patriotic shield while an eagle looks on. This shield which was made of barn wood measures 12 1/2” wide, 15” high and 5/8” thick.

The condition is excellent. There is a small indentation in the wood at the top of the vignette which is only noticeable on close inspection. Please see the fourth photo.
