Chinese New Year Dumpling Ideas

While there are several different options for you to make as you create a new year’s dinner or brunch, dumplings are a favorite. Vegetarian
Whether you don’t eat meat or your kids don’t, a vegetarian dumpling is a refreshingly healthy option. Fill the dumpling shells with a few different veggies, letting your kids help you to make the choices. These can include thinly sliced or shredded zucchini, carrots or cabbage. You can also add spinach, mushrooms, green onions or other finely diced vegetable favorites.
