WOW...Amazing find. I believe this is one of the very best beer neons in the United states and it certainly deserves the recognition.
Flexlume signs from Buffalo New York made some of the most beautiful signs from the turn of the century all the way past WWII when they needed to close, sell, and restructure after the steel freeze.
This sign has the Flexlume signature \"wavy crimped\" tin. The sign was actually completed and sold by White\'s Sign company also located in Buffalo and was owned by a family member of the Flexlume ownership. Its a rare and amazing piece and will be appreciated by whomever owns it.
This sign was safely stored in the Flexlume building until 2018. The sign was made in the mid 1930\'s. Anyone that is a serious UC collector knows the rarity and value of this piece.
This is the sign that was sold in the well circulated Flexlume Collection in 2018 through Mecum sales. The sign had one side restored and one side left original. We were able to purchase the original half off the buyer, and re assembled it in its unrestored form as you see shown.
