2nd LifeEquipment Policies

· We accept PayPal and other forms of payment. Please call if you needalternate means of payment.

· Payments should be made within 5 days of winning offers or accepted offers.

· After 7 days have elapsed if no contact from the buyer has explained thelack of payment. We will report the item for non-payment (which may negativelyaffect your score) and will relist the item for other customers.

· You agree to pay a restocking fee of 15% for items that are processed butnot shipped.

· You agree to pay for shipping both ways for “buyers remorse” returns ontop of the restocking fee.

Shipping and Claims

All items must be checked for damage upon delivery BEFORE accepting themfrom the carrier!! If you do not you will forfeit any damaged shipment claims!

We ship anywhere in the continental US for the listed price.
Additional charges will be assessed for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
International shipping available. For Canada, we need your “Custom Broker's” name and number for Custom Agency purposes. If you do not have one, we can refer you to one. For overseas shipping, we will ship to a “Port Terminal” anywhere within the continental USA. Then, you must arrange for your own shipping to the destination country.
We have a loading dock and a forklift for local pick-up of large and heavy items
Used equipment will be shipped in the condition as described in the published listing.
Please allow up to 2 days after payment have been received and cleared to our account, for item to be shipped.
The “Buyer/Consignee” is responsible for filing claims with the Shipping Carrier. We will give you any information you need, and assist you all that we can in expediting your claim.
If anything is wrong with the item, please note it on all copies of the “Delivery Receipt” and immediately contact the Carrier to file a claim.
KEEP the original packaging until inspected, and then follow the claim instruction.
Shipping Carriers are not affiliated with 2nd Life Equipment and we are not liable for items that become damaged in transit.
Our shipping quote price is for delivery only to a COMMERCIAL address. Unloading is the buyers responsibility.

·Warranty, as expressed above, coverscost of defective “parts” only.
