I collect Mardi Gras Fine Prints since 1980, this 1983 Mardi Gras print is very unique in that I have never seen another like it.Numbered 14 of 300 Hand Signed in Pencil but I can not read or know who the artist is? I had it professionally framed and has been on my wall ever since 1983, the print is in Pristine Condition, no fading or other defects. Never in direct sunlight and in a non-smoking home.

If anyone knows who the artist is please let me know for more research information.
