I am selling this to benefit my nonprofit. I have NO idea of its value. I can\'t even find this thing listed on the internet, so let\'s see if anyone really wants it. We can do this! The ONLY REFERENCE I could find is Issue #2 is on a website called Stupid Comics. I\'d agree - these are ridiculous!

Star Enterprise was a Strategic Joint Venture between Texaco, Inc. and Saudi Arabian Oil Company.•Reported to the Director of Public and Government Affairs, lobbied Star’s position on pending legislation and managing the activities of lobbyists in 26 states plus the District of Columbia. Managed Texaco’s Grassroots programs and developed the Community Relations Program for kids named: Captain WOW.• Formulated, gained executive approval and tracked monthly expenditures for $16 million annual department budget;• Worked around the concerns of Saudi Aramco’s President to administer Star’s portion of Texaco Employees Political Involvement Committee (TEPIC);• Managed the Community Relations and Marketing project titled Captain WOW; developed an educational screenplay, game board, coloring and comic books, and other promotional materials to local elementary schools and shopping centers;• Media contact for Government Affairs and Community Relations issues.
