You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent. Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.

Any orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).

Don’t forget to check with neighbours / sorting office / outhouses if you are out a lot!

Returns

Please package up securely and include details of your order number, authorisation number, and whether a replacement or refund is required. Include a full description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is.

Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post office when you send it. Proof of Postage does not cost anything however without it we may not be able to process your return which may result in the item being returned to you.
