VERY RARE! Sandman #18 Error Issue -Blue Ink Variant- NM CGC 9.2 Original Gaiman Comics (1990)
A collector's "Dream"! Hard to find, no matter what condition, just a few copies of this issue of Dream Country: A Dream Of a Thousand Cats was initially sent out with a printer's error. The first three frames, which were supposed to be colored in shades of yellow, were instead printed using blue ink (see picture).
The error was discovered almost immediately and corrected before being sent out to the public. Very few copies of this error variant exist, and CGC has less than ten recorded gradings in their records. (Source- RecalledComics.com); however, PSA has reported an updated CGC count of 69 graded issues (Source- PriceCharting.com) as of May 2023. Still, that's very, very rare!
I tried to look up this error issue and the ONLY 2 for sale, anywhere, are mine and 1 other going for $1200
