Spider metal sculpture made by Víctor Favaro (this sculpture is signed by the artist and includes a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist). Completely handmade and unique. Technique: welding, bluing metal and polished. This sculpture has a hidden hole on body, so it can be placed on the wall or ceiling.Victor Favaro is a contemporary Argentinian sculptor. His work combines the rusicity of the cercycled industrial art with the precision of classical hyper realism. His sculptures of insects and arachnids stand out for the exaltation of the most monstrous aspects. All of them have a grainy and dark texture that defines his work as a particular trait of te artist, and accentuate the amazing appearance of each one of them. Fascinated by the morphology of spiders, he tried to represent it by emphasizing its most impressionable characteristics and he found, in the black widow (Latrodectus Mactans), the forms that generate the greatest visual impact. ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Victor Favaro es un escultor Argentino contemporáneo actualmente reside en la provincia de Córdoba alejado de las grandes metrópolis lo que le permitió apasionarse por la Creación, el Diseño, la observación, y por contemplar arte y naturaleza. Pasiones que lo encaminaron en el arte de la Fotografía y Escultura.En la búsqueda del material ideal, para expresarse experimento y realizó esculturas en piedra, arcilla, madera, hueso, plástico, plasticera, y cemento pero fue el metal el que lo cautivo, en ese material encontró firmeza y al mismo tiempo ductilidad, para lograr las expresiones buscadas.Descubriéndose así mismo como creador y diseñador, aprendió con el metal el criterio del reciclado y creatividad, en base a lo viejo construye lo nuevo. Incluyendo en sus piezas un segundo objetivo: ayudar al mundo a reciclar.En su trabajo encontramos variedad de temáticas: ajedrez, animales, figura humana, yoga y libros. Complementado con conceptos como enfrentar miedos, la importancia de la lectura y el conocimiento, la deconstrucción personal entre otros.Con sus técnicas, combina la rusticidad del arte industrial encerrado con la precisión del hiperrealismo clásicoSus obras han sido expuestas en: vernissage realizado en La Molina Perú y Muestra en el paseo turístico “los túneles” en Córdoba Arg.Gran parte han sido adquiridas en EEUU, Bélgica, Perú y Argentina, también por importantes coleccionistas en Buenos Aires: Capital Federal y Costa Atlántica.Otra importante cantidad de piezas fueron seleccionadas por autoridades locales y empresas privadas para homenajes y/o presentes empresarialesEntre ellos se destacan empresas como The Wizard Agency Grupo Crónica, Dioxitek, club nocturno Rose in rio y autoridades provinciales que recibieron estas piezas: gobernador J.M.
