She was at Pearl Harbor. This is original and authentic.Measures 59 inches length and 2.25 inches width.Vintage. Has wear from age and use, such as soiling, stains, discoloration, and fading. No repairs or restorations.We have a large collection of military naval pennants from the collection of a man who worked at Mare Island Naval Shipyard in Northern California.
