Vintage 1973 New Orleans Rex Mardi Gras Proclamation Mounted and lacquered onto a wood backing measuring 14"x20".5”. Please see pictures as it does have crazing and wear from age and storage including chips and scratches throughout to the lacquer finish. There is also a broken hanger on the top but it has another one installed on the back.
