A beautiful bronze / brass reliquary12 cm x 10.5 cm Of Sainte Therese of Lisieux which has long hair strands, a piece of her first coffon and a cloth which was dressed on the corpse of the saint and retrieved when exhumed. The reliquary was made in 1915 by Mother Therese of the eucharist ( Mere de l Eucharistie who died in 1917 at age 30. Pauline, Saint Therese sister, was a nun with Therese and lived till 1951. Pauline's name in religion was Sister Agnes of Jesus. Mother therese of the eucharist gave this relic to sister agnes ( pauline ) as a gift in 21st January for the feast of saint agnes. Pauline kept it as a memory of her sister soon to become a saint. The vice postulator of that time ( mons. rogier du teil ) sealed the relic for the mother superior as he was in chargeof saint Theresa'scause of sanctity and also any of her issued relics.
In 1916 Pauline gifted the relic to someone of high importance and she wrote the letter in pictures that is also signed ( see pictures ) S.Agnes de Jesus
This was confirmedby the archives of lisieux as we showed this relic to them and they said it is actually Pauline's handwriting and signature. In the letter it says..
"The Mother Prioress of the Carmelites et her Community, with deep gratitude.

This reliquary was made by our holy Mother Thérèse de l'Eucharistie who had offered it to me in 1915 for my feast on January 21.

We do have the email saved that they sent us from Carmel of Lisieux confirming all we wrote here about the reliquary and letter. The relic was done when Sainte Therese was still servant of god and not yet beatified nor canonised. This relic was done after exhumation of the body.
