**IPHAN PROCESS:
Since december 2016 we had a few changes (updates) in the Brazilian Customs (laws andregulations), all arts like painting , sculpture, photoghaph, etc needs apermission (paperwork) to be shipped to another country , the reason is theBrazilian Institute called IPHAN (portal.iphan.gov.br), they takescare of all Art Patrimony , so the paperwork is essential to any art item to be shipped outside Brazil.We ask you to be patient with us, but for now and in the future allorders needs the paperwork provided by the IPHAN. In the past the usual time was 15 to 20 days to arrive at your door, but now we need to wait 2 extra weeks (may be lesser) , because this is the time required by he IPHAN to process with care all paperwork, so now can take 25 to 30 days the delivery time.
TIPS/NOTES to work with us:

1- Buy all prints ( or OA) you want , 1,5,10 or more and we will be ready to sendthe paperwork,this way we will save time and make easier the all process. So thebest way to sent the paperwork to IPHAN is only one time for each \"closedorder\", but don´t need to be rush, buy the items and we will work together to figure it out the best way.
2 - We can hold the prints(or OA) and you can buy more and ship only when you be satisfied.
3- Be patientwith us , because this is not our faultand the deadline will be work fine for both of us.
4- Please, don´t buy from us if you don´t have or are prepared to wait the all process.
5- Be kind with us when the time comes to left the response.
