Orange plastic ~ Black painted highlights

and those*** Green Plastic Wheels***

on metal axles

My one reference book refers to him as being molded by** Tico Toys / Rosbro** ~~while the other refers to him being molded by** E. Rosen**

In fantastic condition

NO chips and/or cracks and wheels roll freely

**Please note - there is a VERY slight separation in the two halves at the very bottom, his front foot (please refer to the photo showing the upside down photo showing the axle) easy repair if desired, a bit of glue**
