Item Description

Up for sale is a unique and prettyCarnival Glass Vase or Rose Bowl.It has a great peachy-pinkopalescent andiridescent color to it. The glass has a twisted pattern with a bulbous bottom half and three side pinched in. I really don\'t know who the maker is on this. I do note a few flakes of what appears to be carbon within the glass which is not unusualfor antique glass. There are a few rough areas to the inside of the rim which you will see in the photos. I am not certain if these are chips or manufacturing issues since most of the are raised up & rough rather than chipped out. I just couldn\'t pass it up de to it\'s color and uique qualities. I collect both Carnival Glass and Dugan Pompeii Art Glass and this has qualities of both. It has a Dugan type style/design and a carnival glass finish. So you can see why I had to have it.No otherother chips, cracks or repairs. It is 4/14 inches tall and the base is 3 1/4 inches wide. The top opening spqns out 5 1/2 inches at the widest part across. It is in very good antique/vintagecondition and an interesting addition for your collection that is sure to spark conversation!!Thanks for stopping by!!
