- Condition: These boots were a customer return to a high-end department store. They may have a chalky film that is referred to as \'blooming\' and can be cleaned with a boot spray and buffer which is sold on-line at better shoe/boot stores (see below for additional information). These boots are being sold \'AS IS\' with NO return and NO reimbursement for cleaning, cleaning products or repair.
- Care instructions: Wipe with lukewarm, soapy water after use and allow to dry naturally. Store in a cool, dry, location avoiding direct contact with any heat source, extreme cold or sunlight. Do not store folded or creased.
- You may notice a white powdery substance on your rubber footwear. This chalkiness is referred to as "blooming". This happens because rubber is a natural product and in certain conditions, insoluble particules may rise to the surface. This is a normal process, characteristic of high quality, natural rubber and nothing to be concerned about. This process does not affect the performance or durability of your boots. Finish and shine can be restored with regular use of a boot buffer or boot shine.
