Fresh from a local estate sale this week is a great old Banded Navajo wearing blanket or rug. The blanket is circa 1890\'s to the 1910\'s. It is died with natural die colors. It features 5 different colors, red, orange, white, dark brown, & a mustard yellow color. It is fairly large measuring 49 1/2\" by 65\". The rug does have lazy lines in it. The rug came from a 90 year old mans estate, that I purchased old spurs & saddles from. The rug does have moth damage to it. Please see the photos.. There is some small stains on it. Nothing too bad though. Some fading to the colors. Also there is a few small holes in the blanket or rug. Nothing bad though. Really a cool old Navajo blanket.
