Photos were not taken in 2008, that\'s just my stupid camera. Altemus edition. 1897, no other pub. date. It may have been published later but, I believe this is the only one on with this cover. Extremely rare, and it has it\'s dust jacket! Don\'t miss this one. The insides and boards are in REALLY GOOD SHAPE. Binding is tight with no loose pages what-so-ever. There are no tears, rips, folds or writing [other than the pencil name and another name that had been erased on same page in front of book -see pict],. The dirtiest pages are shown -picture of the king and queen and picture of Mad Hatter.I may have missed a spot or 2, but if I did, they are extremely small. Pages are fairly crisp with some yellowing to outer edges, as should be expected. Front cover is great; there is a small funky indentation on the upper right hand [shown], but I believe the book came that way. The dust jacket has kept it bright and clean. Spine has a small funky bubble /wrinkle on top. Dust jacket has seen better days, but it\'s there!. Please note part of the dust jacket\'s spine is off and is ripped a little[ piece shown in picture]. Someone did tape a small section of it a while ago [hard to see \'cause the tape is still clear, about 1\" long. It is extremely hard to find this copy of Alice, let alone in this condition.
