Foryourconsideration is this rare 3 item set. It was from the estate of a very large toy collector in our area.
It includes what I believe is a Vintage 30s-40s? Girard pressed steel wind up/battery operated fire truck. It cannot be tested because the wind up key is missing. It appears the wind up mechanism could work but cannot guarantee it.The front wheel is split in half.The battery compartment is clean but is missing a front and back light. Missing front bumper. Look closely at pictures for what is missing on each vehicle. Not sure which fire engine the ladders go on so I put one on each.
I believe the other Fire Engine is a 1930s Marx Wind Up. The engine with very slight coaxing works when wound. You can hear the siren and bells. Though I know it may be missing a few parts it is actually in decent vintage condition. Look at pictures.
The Garage/Firehouse is quite large and heavy. It measures approx.21L x 16W x 12H. It is actuallystructurally in good condition but the paint is rough. Personally I love this look but it has surface rust, scratches etc. It is missing doors.
I know these three items originally did not come together but they look great as a set. Because I do not know the mechanics of the cars this set is being sold as is.
