This antique crest/pedimentis from France and it dates to the late1800\'s. Its centerpiece is a face that is well carved. Note that part of the nose has been broken off and appears to be shortened(see photos). Thiscrestis made from solid oak finished to a dark almost black color. Overall the crest is in excellentantique condition with only minor nicks and scratches. Dimensions: 25.5\"long, 11.5\" high and 2\" thick.
