(3) 1919 World War I postal cards sent to the Russian Mission in Seattle, Washington advising them of three rail cars of machinery parts consigned to them. Material came from Gibson, Indiana and was transported by the Chicago, Milwaukee, & St. Paul railroad. Good condition with the exception of one card that has a 1/2\" tear on the left side.
