The questions of installation and operation of decorative lighting and illumination are considered, electrical circuits, lighting devices and light sources are presented. Based on the generalization of the experience of the coverage of Moscow, Leningrad, Kiev and other cities of the Soviet Union, color illustrations of individual elements of the light decoration of cities are given.
