Gorgeous 17 strand blue topaz necklace with 14k gold clasp & accents.

Weighs approx. 157 grams total weight.

Please keep in mind that the appraisal was done in 2007 when gold was at $600/oz and it is now at $1200/oz.

The appraisal reads as follows:

Necklace: Blue topaz and iolite torsade necklace measuring 18\" long. The necklace is made up of 17 strands of beads, four faceted iolite beads, one of 3.8mm faceted roundel blue topaz and 12 strands of 3.5mm blue topaz smooth beads. Interspersed throughout the necklace are 14k yellow gold 3mm disk-shaped beads.

A 14k yellow gold clasp is at the back.

Estimated retail value: $8,500.00

The clasp is marked with 14k and it looks like there might be a designer\'s mark that sort of looks like a \"C.L.\".

Excellent condition.
