Offering an opportunity,to own an absolutely Pristine, Antique hand painted Colbalt Blue with Gold Trim, C19th Century Pirkenhammer Bohemia Austria Plate.
A Beautiful Display of a Romantic scene of an Afternoon spent together upon the water. A Man with light clothing, purple hat,and a Woman with a Pink dress and Hat. The hand painting on this plate is absolutely stunning, exquisite, and detailed. A deep rich Cobalt Blue and Gold delicatewhispy image of bird on a branch and more tree leaves are bordering the plate . On the front bottom of the plate is signed A. COLLOT.
This factory started in 1803 and was considered the BEST in BOHEMIA CZECHOSLOVAKIA. This plate was produced when the area was part of the HABSBURG EMPIRE of Austria.
Markings: Green Underglaze crossed hammer mark. Impressed F and M21 number. Signed on front bottom - A. COLLOTDate: C1899 - 1910
