All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in (if a product is new it must be returned new. Any used/preowned items returned within the 30 day period will be assessed a 10% restocking fee and brand new items will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded for any returns so you will receive the original purchase amount minus shipping costs and the 10% / 20% restocking fee.
