The doll items that I am selling are from my personal collection, and the opening offer is not a reflection of their value, merely an opening offer.This doll is a little early Simon & Halbig doll marked \" S 6 H over 949. The markings are very readable and features are crisp and clear, and its painting is smooth and detailed with brown eyebrows and painted upper and lower lashes. The eyes are early ,very dark brown and in original set. The head needs cleaning, and has some dirt inside. The mouth is open with coral lips and 3 teeth, two on top and one on the bottom. The nose, and lips are very detailed. If you run the edge of your fingernail on the bottom edge of her lower right lashes, there is a slight catch. I can\'t see any damage. Her bisque is smooth with a narrow rim, and with a magnifying glass, this has flea bite wig pulls on the front top edge. The felt or paper mouth backing is missing. Her pate is made of cork and her wig, early weft mohair.The body has it\'s original paint and patina, marked Germany 0, red detail lines on the fingers and toes.One upper arm has a stabilized crack in the paint, also one on her shin, and inside her other ankle as pictured, all stabilized.Please view the photos carefully as they are part of the description.
