Here we have a rare 1880s bed complete with original side rails and a platform for a spring bedding system that was used in the day.
Side rails hook in with a metal hook system and are very tight when installed making the bed very strong and reliable.
Will accommodate Full size bedding to fit this interior with a plank sitting over the side rails. Some bedding sites offer conversion kits for antique beds to fir extra long or Queen size.
54\" tall x 49\" wide x 74\" deep.
Footboard: 38\" tall.Bedrails are 13\" off ground, 15\" slats tall x 28\" overall tall in center.Interior: 45\" wide x 71\" deep.
