This is a truly stunning piece of antique French Porcelain. Marked Giraud Limoges France, as one can see in the last photograph. Could either have been used as a Powder Jar or indeed a Dresser Box. The heavy raised enamel decoration is absolutely lovely. Overall in excellent antique condition. Some slight wear to the paint on the lid, but the enamel decoration itself is in extremely good condition, including the gold, which is still bright and gleaming. I noted no chips or cracks. Please see all of my photographs to appreciate the quality and beauty of this wonderful piece of antique French Porcelain. Size is approximately 3\" tall X 5\" wide.
