The patent for this 12 petal flower arranger was taken out by Ernestine N. Pole from Hot Springs Virginia on July 4th 1933 it is described as having bendable petals, it is made of lead which is very malleable and yes you can bend them, I have two different sizes of these heavy rare pieces as shown in the last picture, it has a very desirable gray green and yellow patina I will combine shipping email any questions.
