A fine antique Victorian fob watch seal on black grosgrain ribbon.

Here with a good quality seal connected to a piece of black grosgrain ribbon. The seal mount is probably gold filled (not marked) with an engraved seal in the base, a good quality made seal. The ribbon mounts are gold filled with an albert dog clasp.I am not sure what the engraved letters are looks like HCB but pls see 2nd pic for your interpretation.
