This is a gorgeous and dramatic piece. The locket hinge opens easily. It is of cobalt blue enamel and ornately designed brass including garlands and floral embellishments. Overall very good condition but slight flaws in cloisonne can be seen on photo inspection-- a slight scratch on the left near the center medallion and some slight flaw on the right side of the central medallion. It would not be noticed when wearing, but you could see it if you inspect it under the light. 2 3/4\" x 2 1/2\" x 1/2\" deep.
