I am not sure about the maker although suspect it might be English John Atkins sons who were trading then at Birmingham Uk - 1903 /1918. However it does not have English hallmarks on it.
Also it was found with my Norwegian earrings so naturally I suspect it is from Norway. It is lovely and great condition although i think a little bit enamel worn of the wing end or little rust on the right wing at bottom look closely and small mark rust on top left I couldn\'t see only with loupe
