Estate find; Rare authentic medicine container from the Bantu people of Tanzania. Nyamwezi or possibly Zaramo tribe. Shaman, Medicine man.Made from a calabash gourd, It measures 7.5\" in height. It features a figural stopper with glass bead eyes,and a braided jute handle. I believe this was tribal used as it still has some remaining \"medicinal\" contents.
