Authentic American Revolutionary War Coin 1775 British George III Halfpence.Lightly Double Struck, clearest at \'III\' and \'R\'. 3 Reverse CUDS, 2 Large and 1 smaller under shield stand connecting to \'3\' in date.

Known to have circulated in the American Colonies during the Revolutionary War. Actually made legal tender along with other popular foreign coins circulating in America and retained its Legal Tender Status until 1857. Very popular!

Very Nice Med to Higher grade piece. Lightly Double Struck, clearest at \'III\' and \'R\'. Very Late Die State with obverse failing, especially at \'VS\' and 3 Reverse CUDS, 2 Large and 1 smaller under shield stand connecting to \'3\' in date. All details present, some sharp. Choice medium Brown Color. Nice hard and smooth surfaces. The piece is actually nicer looking in hand. Full Legends Obverse and Reverse and Bold Date.
