Great for emergency vehicle restorations and parades, 1970s-80s police, fire or ambulance restorations where an \"Old School\" rotating RED and WHITE flashing warning lights was required for the emergency vehicle.

It was found in an old garage that may have done old municipal vehicle repair and later may have also done vintage vehicle restorations or movie cars. It was wrapped in plastic, in an oldbox labeled:

“Spare Dome light from Engine 2 -- New Lens ”

VINTAGE/ANTIQUE WARNING LIGHT is CLEANLOOKING and WORKS GREAT: 12VDC. The Federal Beacon Ray POWER 184 beacon is fully operational. It turns fast, smooth and quietly. All the sealed beams work. The light is approximately 9 3/4 inches high and 11 1/2 inches in diameter. The base is not trimmed and sits flat. The lens looks to be factory original NOS RUBY RED F3. The lens is in very good clear condition and not hazy nor cracked--LOOKS NEW. There are two slight, nearly invisible, nicks in the plastic top lip which might be from shelf storage or happened during manufacturing--see pictures which is very hard to see much of anything. The storage box said it was NEW, but we are unsure and have marked everything as USED. There is minimal weathering, slight scratches on the chrome plated brass base, tarnish on the light internal unit, not unusual for an antique light --see pictures. The base is not trimmed and sits flat on the mounting surface.

This item came from an estate, garage sale. I have no exact idea of theage of the light. The item is tested and working. I am not an expert in these items. I have no actual information if it has beenmodified or if parts are missing. Thepictures are of the exact item so as to provide detail and condition. No other parts are included.
