Some history about thisbracelet. Aldo Cipullo created the designof the Cartier love bracelet. In 1970, Charles Revson, owner ofRevlonCosmetics, gottogether with Aldo and Cartier and asked them to design anaffordable version of the Cartier lovebracelet. This was their creation. The differences in this one and the Cartier bracelet arethat this one is stainless steel coated in 18kelectroplated gold as opposed to 18k gold, which currently sells for 6,300 and up on Cartier\'s web site. By doing this, it made it affordable for people beside the wealthy. The other difference is that thisbracelet has a hinge on one side and a screw on the other side, which I personally like. It also allows people like me to own one who cannotafford the 18k version. Itdoesn\'t bear the Cartier mark because it wascommissioned by Charles Revson and Aldo Cipullo the designer of it with Cartier\'s permission but not being exactly identical. Thus the hinged side, etc. Ipurchased this as a gift for my husband but the seller had it sized wrong so it was toosmall. I ended up purchasing another one so we hadmatching ones and had this extra one which one reason I am selling it and I am currently without an income.

You are offerding on a great Cartier lovebracelet. This is the 1970 Aldo Cipullo/Charles Revlon edition. It is done in 18k goldelectroplate. It comes with theoriginal screwdriver, screw and blue pouch. It measures 7 1/2 inches around which converts to 19 cmapproximately. It will fit a small to medium wrist. It is in superb condition with very few scratches to be 46 yrs. old. These come from a non-smoking home but I do have pets. My items are kept in a separate room.
