This is a one owner Chanel handbag, vintage serial # 124078, made in France. The black shiny leather on the exterior looks almost like patent but I believe has only a very high shine. The front CC clasp (front and back) are stamped with makers marks. The chain has black leather woven through it. The snap front works fine, but needs a little extra pressure to open and close.
The exterior has some small dents and marks from many years of use. The inside of the handbag pocket also has some marks, but the inside of the back flap is perfect.
The gold tone stampings are Chanel and Made in France. The serial # tag is deep in the inside back pocket.With a little professional attention to the inside and the chain, you will have a perfect vintage Chanel bag.
