Do they come with a bracket? Yes they come with the mounting bracket as shown in the photos
Do they come with instructions? No, but they are very simple to fit: one terminal connects to the live supply and the other to earth (like most horns)
Is it metal chrome or plastic chrome? Its metal chrome to topside and satin black painted metal to underside
Is the chrome plating car show quality? No not really, not at this price. In my experience no chrome is what I call would call show quality straight out of the box - if you want show quality chrome you need to approach a show quality chromer (the cover is easily removed for rechroming as it has the advantage over most horns of being held on by screws not rivets.)
