A bright yellow fabric sash with nine embroidered sewn-on round merit patches / badges / awards for Thanking, Giving, Learning, Helping, Sharing, Loving, Caring, and Growing. Sash measures 21-1/2 inches at its longest by 4-1/2 inches wide. Badges measure 1-3/4\" up to 2\" in diameter. One small pale spot, otherwise in very good, clean condition, no holes or tears.
Update/Revision 8/21/18: An er informed me this is not Girl Scout related, but more likely from a church group or youth camp.
