Selling a good exampleofthis rare and incredibly high quality sauce pan.Made by Cohr in the seventies here in Denmark. Made tothe very highest of standards using 2mm thick copper which I personally find the nicest thickness overall. It is the right compromise between very even heating, manageable weight and quick reaction times. The lining is made from silver which offers superior heat distribution to even copper and is much better than both tin and stainless. It is indeed the holy grail of materials, but only a handful manufacturers ever attempted to use silver due prohibitive manufacturing cost. No one makes anything comparable these days and they are very hard to find.
The handle is attached with rivets and is made from stainless, which makes it less hot to touch than the typical brass or cast iron.
The pan is in nice vintage condition. Please inspect images.
