Up for your consideration is a Howard Miller clock company bubble light metal frame. The frame is 12\" tall and 12 3/4\" diameter. There are remnants of the shade attached to the wire frame (see close-up of wires). The wires fit snug in holes around the top and bottom (see photo of 1 wire pulled out).
