Returns are accepted within 30 days if accompanied by sales receipt. Item must be unused and unaltered for the full return/exchange to take place. Deposits on layaways are nonrefundable. Birthday cards can be applied to one in-stock item only, exclusive of sale items, Estate/consignment pieces and special orders.
For refund or exchange, kindly contact us first. Upon reviewing the issue we will provide you with a Return Authorization number, which you can use to send the item back. Please pack the item carefully with and signature required to the address provided below. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged item during the return shipment.
